All was normal today except for the fact that i have a sprained neck now and an discomforting breathing capacity... It all happened during P.E lesson today....went down to the field today to have our last rugby lesson...cause after today they are gonna focus on our napfa test le...
so i was like saying to myself "today don't gay already, just go and tackle people down like how Aidil and Royston did like it was nothing. Must at least do a nice move or something liddat..." so i went to the field with an goal to reach out for...But in less then 2 minutes of the first game...i managed to take down Isaac...but due to some struggling before take down...he fell on me chest directly focusing all the impact down on my lungs...i tried to get up and carry on..but somehow i cant breath...and i drop flat on the ground...and for a moment at that point i started panicking cause this is the first time i felt this way in my whole life...
then Mr Hanif came and massage my chest and my breathing started to come back but it is still aching even right now...he told me that due to the strong impact on my diaphragm...my body went into a shock state and my lungs and diaphragm cramped so as to protect something he said....so it is normal...heng uhs....
for that moment i was thinking to myself will i be brian dead due to the lack of oxygen?hahaha...what a dumbass i am....nehmind then i carry on playing with my breathing capacity being restricted i wasn't playing that well after that...and i don't dare to take down any more people... so i was trying to play safe when afiq speared me and i landed on my head...
thus having a sprained neck and a discomforting breathing capacity....but i am so gonna carry this sport...i was like made for the guys like me which have all brawls and no brain....shant talk any longer...cause this is like my long post for now i think?
